METAL PRINT DETAILS
Our metal prints are water, scratch, and UV resistant, easy to hang, and simply gorgeous. Well loved by the aerospace industry for being both lightweight and enormously durable, their reflective quality makes them luminous with color and high-resolution detail.
White Surface: The white surface brightens color and brings out the best of all details.
Glossy Finish: The depth of each photo is increased with the glossy finish.
Mount: Each metal print is mounted with a ½ inch wood wall float mount. Packaging: Each frame arrives carefully packaged.

US orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Fed Ex or Freight Shipment.

TIMING
All framed work + metal prints are custom made to order with an approximate turnaround time of 14-21 days.
All unframed prints have an approximate turnaround time of 7-10 days.
If you need something urgent or for a special occasion / gift, we can attempt to help you out if you give the appropriate notice + contact aloha@summerstrauch.com
Transit times are all estimates provided by the shipping carriers (UPS & USPS, Fed Ex or Freight Shipping). We are not responsible for any delays.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you should need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within two hours of receiving your order confirmation email. If you must cancel, please contact aloha@summerstrauch.com If your request falls pass this time, unfortunately we cannot refund or cancel orders.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with the quality of your print, or believe your product has a defect or has been damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Depending upon the issue, we may request you to provide photographic evidence showing the stated damage, so we can notify our courier company. If damage is evident, you may choose between a replacement or a credit. We do not offer refunds.
